Why not just use mp3.com?

MP3.com is an excellent site, and I put music up there as well as here. But it's a bit of a free-for-all, and everything posted there has a tendency to get lost in the flood of artists. At the Doubtful Palace, you know that every track is either my work or something that I really like, and genre is not stressed. Whether you agree with my taste is another matter, but at least it's something to go on. |

Can I get my music on your site?

Probably not--my server space is limited, and I need to be picky or the site loses its value--but you can always ask. Do not email me any MP3 files; instead, send me a URL. At this point, I still have lots of people that I already want to publish, and I'm in the process of tracking them down and asking permission. So I doubt I'll be considering outside submissions for a while. |
